File processing fees are neither “registration fees” nor “tuition fees”.
 Local students: $120 CAD
 International students: $250 CAD
 The application fee, which is charged to cover the administrative costs of managing your application, is non-refundable. This rule applies regardless of the final decision on your request. However, an exception is made in the event that a course is canceled by the institution itself. In such circumstances, and only in these cases, the application fee may be refunded in full to affected candidates.
